"Unbeatable effort and expertise. Bo came to help us with an incorrect installation of a tankless water heater by some company I will never trust again. He is a proven expert in his field and will be my go-to recommendation for anyone in need of someone for plumbing and gas fitting. He immediately identified a very obvious problem and fixed it. While our issue still persisted, the fix lessened the frequency. He came back the same day to identify a second rare issue on Fortis’ end. He spent several calls on his office and work hours helping us convince Fortis to come deal with the new problem and was eventually successful. This, again, didn’t fix our problem completely and only reduced the frequency. Eventually there were no fixed to be found. We had a back and forth between the water heating company and they agreed to replace our water heater. Bo did an outstanding job with the replacement and has demonstrated customer service like no other. Highly recommended."

Our sewage pump broke down later on a Friday morning and I despaired finding a plumber so late in the day. Another plumber was too busy but he highly recommended Bo of Rocky Mountain Rooter. Bo was efficient and knowledgeable. He did a very good job at a fair price. I had a different plumber that quoted the sewage pump at double the price. Bo also repaired the high water alarm. It did not take long but another plumber might just want to replace it because they can make more on marking up a part.

Bo is so great! He is honest and efficient and so reliable. We had a leaking hot water instant heat system. He came right away, assessed it and installed a new, much better system within a week. We are so happy. Everything he said was right on and the new systems is, hands down, so much better than what we had. He was willing to fix our old system but we are so happy we listened to him and installed the newer system. I am so happy I found him. He will be our plumber for life! I do not honestly think I have words good enough to describe what Bo did for us.
We had a new furnace and tankless water heater installed last August by another company. It took less than a week for the water heater to stop working, erroring out and only giving us hot water 50% of the time (with an error code constantly going off every time someone in the house used water). After many attempts to get that company to come and fix things, we looked at other options and came across Bo.
Bo was recommended to us by the water heater manufacturer, who said he is a local expert on their product. They were absolutely correct. He immediately assessed incorrect installation issues by the previous company and rectified some problems. Unfortunately the errors still persisted, even after he had finished the changes, but he immediately turned around a few minutes after we had called him and returned to investigate further.
Bo then discovered a rare issue involving Fortis’ meter which was also causing part of the problem, and he was able to help us convince Fortis to come out and get a new meter outside.
He finally contributed to an appeal to the water heater manufacturer, which resulted in them providing us a new machine. After Bo installed the new unit, everything has been running perfectly and we are beyond happy.
His professionalism, willingness to call and follow-up with us (even off hours… I’m so sorry and thank you for always taking a call Bo!), and his straight-forward explanations were amazing and I am so happy to have found someone in the field I can trust after the terrible experience I had prior. His rates are fair and he gives very good estimates with his schedule and time it will take to work on each job.
